Desecrated Basketmaker images are visible in this large panel above the San Juan River. The desecration markings have no patina and likely were done in the past century for curing purposes to get rid of evil spirits. The numerous images in this panel extend from Archaic to Pueblo III times. A flute player is seen in the central area of the photograph.
