Barrier Canyon Gallery
| Located in the San Rafael Swell west of Green River, Utah, two distinct Archaic styles are found here: the Barrier Canyon Style and the Chihuahuan Polychrome Abstract Style. The chalked image here has been called the “Praying Dog,” because of the apparent supplicant appearance of the forelimbs. The chalk outline may obscure the true features of the image. |
